Dingdang Medicine Express and Bugbank Listed as Deloitte's 2018 China Technology Fast 50 & Rising Star

On Nov. 20, Deloitte's 2018 China Technology Fast 50 & Rising Star report was released. Dingdang Medicine Express and Bugbank, two portfolio companies of SBCVC, were ranked among Top 50 companies due to their rapid growth.


This selection was hosted by Deloitte and focused on the companies worldwide. It originated in Silicon Valley, United States in 1995 and has been held in more than 30 countries throughout the past over 20 years. Tech giants such as Apple, Google, Tencent and Baidu have all been included in the list. The selection is one of the authoritative events that also have investment guidance values in the world.

The selection adopted very strict criteria with the growth rate of cumulative operating income for three consecutive years as the measurement. The qualified top 50 Chinese companies from various industries across the country must also have independent intellectual property rights or proprietary technologies that have brought significant revenue to the companies.

At present, it has nearly 200 offline pharmacies in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Hangzhou, providing services for more than 32 million online users.

The rapid development of Dingdang Medicine Express has gained wide recognition in the industry. In the past month, Dingdang Medicine Express has won awards of“2018 Leading Company of Medicine New Retail & Big Data”, and “2018 Top 10 Innovators of Medicine Logistics Industry”. It also won the title of “2018 Top 10 Outstanding China Makers” during the World Internet Conference held in Wuzhen.
